Overview

As the Coach of our Key Account Management (KAM) team in North America, you will be responsible for executing and scaling our Key Account Management strategy to drive renewals and expansions through proactive customer initiatives.

In Short

  • Complete your onboarding within the first month.
  • Perform weekly renewal and expansion pipe reviews.
  • Provide hands-on coaching to upskill the team.
  • Identify market-specific challenges and adapt KAM processes.
  • Define territories and optimal portfolios for the team.
  • Drive the onboarding of new KAM employees.
  • Meet and exceed quarterly sales and renewal quotas.
  • Ensure accurate reporting of business activities.
  • Master the playbook of AM methodology.
  • Foster a customer-first mindset.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in sales or account management leadership.
  • Experience in the software and/or SaaS industry.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills.
  • Enthusiasm for hands-on work and team coaching.
  • Experience in fast-growing environments.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Understanding of HR technology and integrations.
  • Ability to measure performance and propose improvements.
  • Active listening skills and team player mindset.
  • Desire to learn and develop skills.
