The Director - Key Account Manager for North America is responsible for driving new business and expanding the company's portfolio with high-value customers in the hospitality industry. This strategic role requires strong relationship management and sales expertise.

Requirements

  • 8+ years in IT services sales, with 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong strategic thinking and communication skills.
  • Deep understanding of IT services and hospitality industry.
  • Experience with long sales cycles and complex deal structuring.
  • Skilled in using data and sales metrics.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales enablement tools.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA is a plus.
