Join our fast-growing beauty brand as the Senior Director, Key Accounts (North America), a vital role in scaling OSEA’s presence and deepening relationships with top-tier retail partners. As the driving force behind corporate key retailers, you will work closely with the Chief Sales Officer to build strategies, meet revenue targets, and nurture partnerships with key retail accounts. We are looking for a strategic leader with a passion for sales, data, and fostering connections who will partner across departments to achieve shared goals.

  • Oversee corporate account relationships, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
  • Drive sales goals by developing tailored strategies for key accounts that align with company targets.
  • Collaborate with marketing, operations, and analytics teams to align promotional efforts and account strategies with brand initiatives.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for top-tier North American Key Retailer accounts.
  • Regularly meet with retail buyers and stakeholders to review performance and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Track and monitor performance metrics for key accounts, proactively identifying areas for improvement.
  • Manage and motivate sales support team members to enhance efficiencies.
  • Own the corporate key accounts budget, ensuring efficient resource allocation.
  • Continuously monitor market trends and provide updates on account performance.
  • Partner with the brand marketing team to develop impactful promotional campaigns.
