Overview

The Manager, Student Success is a critical role responsible for driving revenue and student retention, owning the university partner relationship as it relates to student engagement, and managing a team of dedicated Student Success Advisors at 2U.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s preferred.
• 4 - 6 years of relevant experience.
• 1 - 3 years of management experience.
• Experience in the Higher Education industry preferred.
• Strong relationship management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience with Salesforce is a plus.
