As a Success Manager at TripleTen, you will support a cohort of students throughout their learning journey in tech, ensuring a successful and enriching experience.

In Short

• Welcome and onboard new students, organizing live orientation sessions.
• Create a tight-knit student community through engaging content and events.
• Conduct 1-to-1 wellbeing checks and assist with student queries.
• Maintain a comprehensive student database and track agreements.
• Collaborate with tutors and team members via video conferences.
• Reach out to unresponsive students through calls and personalized communication.
• Must have at least 1 year of experience in customer-facing roles.
• Proficiency in English and Spanish is required.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills are necessary.
• Basic graphic design and video editing skills are a plus.
