The Senior Manager, Student Success will lead the vision, strategy, and execution of learner success initiatives, overseeing the entire student journey to ensure a meaningful experience.

Requirements

• 7+ years in student success or educational programming.
• 3+ years in a leadership role.
• Experience in building support teams in fast-paced environments.
• Strong understanding of career readiness and work-based learning.
• Proficient in data analysis and using insights for decision-making.
• Experience with CRM and support tools like HubSpot and Intercom.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Passionate about student success and learner engagement.
• Experience in ed-tech or SaaS environments is a plus.
• Familiarity with work-integrated learning models is beneficial.
