The Senior Remarketing & Wholesale Manager will play a crucial role in shaping the European wholesale trade for used vehicles, leveraging technology and data to enhance efficiency and transparency.

  • Strategic and operational responsibility for international sales of used vehicles.
  • Build and maintain international dealer networks focusing on large buyers.
  • Optimize sales processes including pricing and marketing strategies.
  • Collaborate with international sellers and fleet operators.
  • Develop data-driven sales and pricing strategies.
  • Build a small international sales team and coach new colleagues.
  • Monitor and report KPIs to management and stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Completed studies or commercial training focused on automotive, trade, or logistics.
  • At least 5 years of experience in international B2B vehicle sales.
  • Proven success in wholesale trade of used vehicles.
  • Deep understanding of the European used car market.
  • Experience in building and managing international dealer networks.
  • Proficient with CRM systems and data analysis tools.
  • Strategic thinking with a hands-on mentality.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Fluent in German and English; additional European languages are a plus.
  • Existing contacts with international dealers are an advantage.
