Customer Support Specialist - Remote

Overview

The Customer Support Specialist will provide technical support for inquiries regarding our platforms, assist with integration of new carriers, and maintain communication with customers while ensuring efficient support.

In Short

• Provide technical support via ticketing system, phone, and email.

Requirements

• Fluency in Portuguese is required.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or 2+ years in customer support preferred.

• Experience with ERP systems is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
