Overview

The Customer Support Specialist will provide technical support and training to users, manage ticketing systems, and coordinate with various departments to ensure customer satisfaction.

• Provide technical support via ticketing system, phone, and email.

Requirements

• Portuguese language proficiency is a must.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or 2+ years in customer support.
• Understanding of system interfaces with other applications.
• Proficient in MS Office products.
• Experience with ERP systems is an asset.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated and solution-oriented.
• Strong organizational skills and initiative.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
