Customer Support Specialist - Remote

Overview

As a Customer Support Specialist at Sprinter Health, you will be the first voice of the company, providing timely and effective support to customers across the United States while working in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

In Short

• Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, texts, and emails.
• Resolve customer inquiries related to patient interactions and clinical staff communications.
• Assist with real-time scheduling changes for clinical staff.
• Perform clerical work before and after patient appointments.
• Support the Care Coordination team with appointment updates and workflow improvements.
• Escalate complex issues to other teams as needed.
• Participate in cross-training and process enhancement projects.
• Work from 9:00 am to 5:30 pm in your time zone.
• Experience in a fast-paced customer service role in healthcare is required.
• Bilingual Spanish and experience with Zendesk are preferred.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of customer service experience in healthcare.
• Proficiency with electronic health record (EHR) systems.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities.
• Commitment to patient confidentiality.
• Experience coordinating with national labs preferred.
• Ability to work in a high-pressure environment.
• Flexible and problem-solving mindset.
• Calm demeanor with empathy towards customers.
