Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 2+ years of experience in SaaS customer support or related fields.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in public speaking and presentations.
  • Strong analytical skills, familiar with Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Fluent in English; other languages are a plus.
  • Ability to tailor communication to different audiences.
