Overview

As a Customer Success Manager at Traackr, you will partner with clients to ensure the successful implementation and adoption of our influencer marketing platform, delivering a best-in-class customer experience.

In Short

  • Develop and execute personalized onboarding and training plans for new clients.
  • Establish critical success metrics to track clients' influencer programs.
  • Provide strategic guidance and insights into program gaps and opportunities.
  • Monitor product adoption and ensure clients are utilizing Traackr’s capabilities.
  • Collaborate with Client Partners and other Customer Success Managers.
  • Engage with clients at all organizational levels.
  • Lead workshops and deliver presentations to clients.
  • Contribute to individual and team goals with a collaborative mindset.
  • Experience in beauty or influencer marketing is highly preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience as a Customer Success Manager.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as a Customer Success Manager.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS technology.
  • Experience in marketing or communication ecosystems.
  • Excellent public speaking and presentation skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Collaborative and team-oriented mindset.
  • Experience in a consultative capacity with clients.
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher.
