  • Providing technical and configuration support to customers.
  • Conducting platform training sessions for internal and external customers.
  • Assisting with onboarding and training new Implementation Consultants.
  • Tracking and analyzing platform utilization and engagement.
  • Creating and delivering onboarding and training materials.
  • Assisting with ongoing technical support as needed.
  • Collaborating with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams.
  • Achieving and maintaining personal and project metrics.
  • Other duties as assigned.
