Requirements

  • 5+ years experience in Customer Experience or related roles.
  • Experience analyzing quantitative and qualitative data.
  • Proficiency with data visualization tools.
  • Knowledge of data querying tools (SQL, Python, R).
  • Understanding of CX metrics.
  • Experience with sentiment analysis tools.
  • Excellent storytelling and presentation skills.
  • Collaborative mindset.
  • Detail-oriented and organized.
