Requirements

• 5+ years in product management or customer success in a B2B SaaS environment.
• Experience operationalizing voice of customer programs.
• Familiarity with product analytics tools (Pendo, Mixpanel).
• Strong communication and facilitation skills.
• Proven ability to work cross-functionally.
• Understanding of the Canadian compliance and risk market preferred.
• Curiosity, systems thinking, and continuous improvement mindset.
