In Short

  • Renew and retain our existing customers' software subscription.
  • Close sales and achieve regular quotas.
  • Maintain your database of prospects and opportunities.
  • Have a strong phone presence.
  • Nurture and build relationships with customers.
  • Maximize customer retention rates through effective sales techniques over the phone and email.
  • Execute the renewal process to ensure ARR is retained.
  • Validate customer concerns, handle questions, and secure their business.
  • Partner closely with Inside Sales colleagues and other internal partners.
  • Learn a diverse set of technological tools to support your win rate.

Requirements

  • Fluent in speaking/writing in English and Japanese.
  • 1 – 2 years of B2B inside sales experience preferred.
  • Proven track record of success with meeting and exceeding quota.
  • Consistent record of providing excellent customer service.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of sales telephony systems and Salesforce is a plus.
  • In-depth knowledge of performance metrics.
  • Able to effectively communicate with managers and other team members.
  • Critical thinker and problem-solving skills.
  • Organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strongly positive attitude with a mindset for finding solutions and ways to win.
