Voice of the Customer Project Manager - Remote

We work with some of the world’s largest organizations across a variety of industries, including Financial Services, Specialty Retail, Telecommunications, Hospitality and Software, helping them to gain a deep understanding of their customers, develop actionable insights, and improve business processes.

• Full-time remote position in the East Coast of the USA.
• Embedded VOC analyst and project manager for a Fortune 500 organization.
• Manage global Voice of the Customer program.
• Analyze customer data and feedback to create actionable insights.
• Work in a cross-functional team on customer experience programs.
• Provide project management and analytical support for CX initiatives.
• Create reports for senior executives and other audiences.
• Handle internal communications and ensure project success.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Science, Management, Statistics, or related field.
• 2-3 years experience in market research or project management.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize and coordinate multiple projects.
• Experience in survey-based market research is a plus.
• Familiarity with statistical packages like Stata, SPSS, or R is an advantage.
• Programming background in Python, XML, SQL, or VBA is a plus.
