Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in Customer Experience or related roles.
• 3+ years of experience in leadership positions.

• Strong background in PMO leadership and operational programs.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to operate in fast-paced environments.
• Experience with AI-enabled customer workflows is preferred.
