Overview

NVIDIA is seeking a Senior Program Manager - Operations to support the fast-growing NV system level manufacturing in Guadalajara, Mexico, working with Contract Manufacturers.

In Short

• Accountable for managing processes, material readiness, and build schedules.
• Drive factory MP teams to check BOM/ECO implementation.
• Lead MP meetings with cross-functional teams.
• Facilitate internal process improvements across multiple teams.
• 12+ years of CM/ODM Server product project management experience required.
• Experience in SMT is desirable.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills needed.
• Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
• Proven track record in Program or Project Management.
• High attention to detail and accuracy required.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in industrial management or Industrial Engineering.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong observational and analytical skills.
• Organized and efficient in time-management.
• Ability to track and report metrics and manage risks.
