• Experience managing a book of business and revenue retention.
• Ability to synthesize customer feedback and manage renewals.
• Experience guiding customers through their lifecycle.
• Comfortable navigating stakeholder dynamics.
• Proven track record of driving tool adoption.
• Optional: Familiarity with Salesforce.
