Overview

The Senior Customer Success Manager will guide customers through their 1Password lifecycle, ensuring they receive maximum value from their investment in security and privacy.

• Manage a book of business in a SaaS or Tech Customer Success role.

Requirements

• 2+ years experience in Customer Success management.
• Effective communication skills via email, phone, and video calls.
• Experience in supporting customers with software utilization.
• Ability to navigate diverse stakeholder needs.
• Proficiency in managing customer outreach and follow-up processes.
• Experience with revenue retention as a key metric.
• Strong analytical skills to synthesize customer feedback.
