Overview

As a Customer Insights Manager at CVS Health, you will be responsible for owning insights for various health insurance products by synthesizing consumer attitudes and perceptions, and working collaboratively with business partners to meet their research needs.

  • Utilize various methodologies and data sources for research.
  • Communicate findings effectively to stakeholders.
  • Demonstrate strong analytical and project management skills.
  • Foster a collaborative and supportive work environment.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience with formal research methods.
  • Experience in qualitative and quantitative research methodologies.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Experience working with health plans is preferred.
  • Bachelor’s Degree required; Master’s preferred.
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
  • Curiosity about customer needs and behaviors.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams and stakeholders.
