Requirements

• 8+ years of B2B SaaS sales leadership experience.
• Experience selling SaaS, Cybersecurity, and Cloud solutions.
• Established experience scaling SMB sales teams.
• Strong analytical mindset and data interpretation skills.
• Passion for talent development and building inclusive cultures.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Familiarity with sales tools like Salesforce and Gong.
