Overview

As an Enablement Program Manager at 1Password, you will focus on managing GTM onboarding programs that accelerate the ramp and effectiveness of new hires while collaborating closely with stakeholders across the organization.

• Plan and coordinate onboarding sessions, both virtual and in-person.
• Oversee event logistics for onboarding sessions.
• Develop blended learning solutions tailored to diverse learner needs.
• Apply adult learning principles to deliver impactful content.
• Support GTM Connect program planning and execution.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in learning design, training, or program management.
• Experience in managing onboarding or enablement programs.
• Proficiency with Enablement Platforms and course-authoring tools.
• Strong facilitation and communication skills.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Knowledge of learning and development trends.
• Ability to operate with minimal direction.
• Willingness to travel ~1x per month.
• Preferred: Familiarity with 1Password’s products and services.
