We are looking for a capable Program Manager, Sales Enablement to lead the next evolution of our sales onboarding experience.

In Short

  • Redesign our onboarding program into a hybrid scaled model combining live sessions with self-paced learning.
  • Integrate AI-driven tools to enhance onboarding content and personalize learning paths.
  • Coordinate the day-to-day operations of onboarding.
  • Partner with sales managers to integrate role-specific coaching.
  • Develop and maintain self-led learning paths.
  • Track onboarding outcomes and performance milestones.
  • Partner with subject matter experts to refresh onboarding content.
  • Maintain a structured content governance process.
  • Gather feedback to continuously improve the program.
  • Report onboarding effectiveness to leadership.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in sales enablement or program management.
  • Experience designing or revamping onboarding programs.
  • Strong knowledge of sales enablement tools.
  • Comfort leveraging AI tools for content creation.
  • Excellent organizational and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to analyze program data for improvements.
  • Bonus: Background in sales or healthcare environments.
