Overview

The Director of People Operations & Employee Relations will lead critical components of the People function at 1Password, overseeing the People Operations team and building a robust Employee Relations function.

• Lead the business-facing People Operations team.

Requirements

• 8+ years of progressive HR experience.
• 4+ years in employee relations and HR compliance.
• 3+ years of leadership experience in HR or ER.
• Deep knowledge of U.S. and Canadian employment laws.
• Experience building employee programs in high-growth companies.
• Strong investigation skills for sensitive employee matters.
• Exceptional communication and mediation skills.
• High integrity and discretion with confidential information.
• Strategic mindset with strong execution capabilities.
• Collaborative approach working cross-functionally.
