Business Administrator, Sales - Remote

Overview

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Business Administrator to support our sales team in Japan on a one-year fixed-term contract.

In Short

• Support sales team operations
• Prepare necessary documentation for quotes
• Create bid certificates as needed
• Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, and in-person
• Send replacement parts and return repaired items as necessary
• Communicate with customers, dealers, and various internal teams
• Manage and support multiple internal projects
• Update and maintain information in CRM system (Salesforce) and communicate data changes to stakeholders

Requirements

• Native Japanese speaker with comprehensive knowledge of Japanese culture
• Previous practical experience in sales or commercial administration
• Excellent English skills for effective communication within an international team
• Knowledge of commercial business operations and sales lifecycle
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office applications and Japanese business documents
• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize under tight deadlines
• Strong relationship-building, communication, and active listening skills
• Collaborative team member with a solid work ethic, dedicated to representing the company and team with professionalism and respect
