Overview

Bitcoin Depot is seeking a Sales Administrator - Business Development to support our dynamic sales and business development team with a customer-focused approach.

In Short

• Deliver exceptional customer service and demonstrate technical expertise.
• Proficiency in Salesforce or other CRM platforms is essential.
• Utilize Microsoft Office tools, including Word and Excel.
• Conduct research using Google, LinkedIn, and other tools.
• Accurately process and enter customer orders.
• Maintain and update sales and customer records.
• Provide administrative support to Business Development, Sales, and Operations teams.
• Assist Account Management with after-sales support.
• Communicate customer feedback to relevant teams.
• Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and handle correspondence.

Requirements

• An Associate’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
• Proficiency in Salesforce, Microsoft Office Suite, and research platforms.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Previous experience in sales support or customer service is required.
