The Digital Named Account Executive for Higher Education at Salesforce is a subject matter expert who collaborates with nonprofit and higher education institutions to promote marketing platform solutions.

  • Work as part of a broader Account Team and as an Individual Contributor.
  • Drive self-generated sales opportunities focused on the Salesforce Marketing technology stack.
  • Be the subject matter expert on Salesforce Marketing solutions.
  • Generate business opportunities through networking and prospecting.
  • Own the sales cycle for Salesforce Marketing technology.
  • Meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales quotas.
  • Ensure 100% customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborate with solution engineering to create compelling demos.
  • Ability to effectively communicate via online meetings.
  • Passion for working with nonprofit and higher education institutions.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of outside enterprise software sales experience.
  • Experience in Digital Marketing sales and relevant Marketing technology.
  • Strong preference for experience with Salesforce Marketing Technology Stack.
  • Proven track record of sales excellence.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team.
  • Experience selling at the ā€œCā€ level is a plus.
  • Ability to give high-level product demonstrations.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
