Overview

The Manager, Customer and Channel Marketing for the U.S. Equine business unit will lead marketing efforts, manage promotions, and drive customer loyalty initiatives while collaborating with various stakeholders.

  • Lead seasonal and evergreen marketing programs for U.S. Equine.
  • Provide marketing support for corporate and specialty accounts.
  • Develop customer marketing initiatives targeting equine veterinary accounts.
  • Communicate and align with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Manage logistics for key marketing meetings and events.
  • Drive loyalty and retention efforts.
  • Analyze program financials and performance metrics.
  • Collaborate on educational content development.
  • Facilitate communication of marketing efforts internally.
  • Travel up to 25% of the time.

Requirements

  • Four-year degree in business, marketing, finance, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in a related position.
  • Strong financial fluency and profitability analysis skills.
  • Effective oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple workflows on time and within budget.
  • Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Fluency with CRC/Vault systems preferred.
  • Ability to develop price memos and marketing content.
