Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Support Specialist to join our team in Colombia. The ideal candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for our customers, providing timely and accurate support across various channels.

In Short

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone.
  • Provide clear, accurate, and helpful information about products, services, and company policies.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns efficiently.
  • Process returns, exchanges, and refunds.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions using our CRM system.
  • Identify and report recurring issues to management.
  • Collaborate with fulfillment, marketing, and product development teams.
  • Stay informed on new products, services, and internal policies.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Fluent in spoken and written English and Spanish.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in a customer service role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong active listening skills and empathy.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems such as Zendesk or Salesforce.
  • Experience with e-commerce platforms like Shopify or Magento.
  • Strong multitasking and time management abilities.
  • Solid problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
