Overview

We are seeking a remote Account Manager to join our team in Mexico, responsible for growing the customer base and maintaining strong relationships with clients.

In Short

  • Proactively pursue new prospects through cold calling.
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales performance goals.
  • Analyze existing and potential sales opportunities.
  • Handle all aspects of completing a sale.
  • Manage sales forecasts and prospects using company software.
  • Resolve customer complaints and develop solutions.
  • Build long-term relationships with customers.
  • Maintain communication with long-term clients.
  • Coordinate in-store sales training with vendors.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of sales and account management experience.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (C1 Level).
  • Experience in wholesale distribution or retail preferred.
  • Proven track record in cold calling.
  • Strong customer service and relationship management skills.
  • Well organized with excellent time management.
  • In-depth knowledge of products and markets.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Amenable to using Teramind.
