Overview

The Customer Service Agent will handle order entry and resolution with precision and professionalism, ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.

In Short

  • Full-time position with hours from Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 6:00 pm CST.
  • Responsibilities include responding to inquiries and resolving issues related to orders and products.
  • Utilization of systems such as CST/M3, Shopify, and Hubspot for order management and CRM.
  • Attention to detail and strong collaboration with internal teams for escalations are essential.
  • Effective time management and task prioritization are required.
  • Professional written and verbal communication with customers is mandatory.
  • Proficiency in English at C1 level is required.
  • At least 6 months of customer service experience is preferred.
  • Training includes 8 days of classroom and 5 days of nesting.
  • Must possess strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Requirements

  • English proficiency level - C1.
  • 6 months to 1 year of customer service experience.
  • Excellent telephone etiquette.
  • Strong written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage assignments and deadlines.
  • Basic computer and keyboarding skills.
  • Typing skills (20 WPM+).
  • Exceptional attention to detail and critical thinking abilities.
  • Team-oriented with a collaborative mindset.
