Overview

The Virtual Marketing Assistant will support the Internal Marketing Coordinator and the broader Marketing team by executing fast, high-quality administrative and tactical tasks that keep projects moving, focusing on short-form content support, content administration, information organization, and outreach list qualification.

In Short

• Assist with short-form content writing.
• Maintain content assets and organize files for easy retrieval.
• Support information architecture and content organization.
• Clean and qualify outreach lists and manage contact data.
• Perform tactical administrative tasks such as calendar coordination.

Requirements

• Proven execution speed and accuracy.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent written English.
• Experience with list management and simple content editing.
• Familiarity with basic CMS workflows and metadata management.
• Working knowledge of LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
