In Short

• Create and schedule engaging content for social media platforms.
• Design promotional materials using Canva or similar tools.
• Manage and update client database in CRM software.
• Draft and send weekly newsletters and special offers.
• Coordinate promotion of workshops and webinars.
• Track lead generation and campaign performance.
• Manage online listings and upload content to the website.
• Maintain a marketing calendar and track deliverables.
• Strong attention to detail and self-organization are required.
• Part-time availability of 10-15 hours per week.

Requirements

• Experience in social media management.
• Proficiency in Canva or similar graphic design tools.
• Familiarity with CRM software like Dubsado or Practice Better.
• Experience with email marketing platforms.
• Strong written communication skills.
• Attention to detail and self-organization.
• Prior experience in healthcare or wellness industries preferred.
• Basic analytics understanding is a plus.
• Comfortable using project tools like ClickUp or Notion.
• Excellent English proficiency.
