Overview

As a Developer Support Engineer, you'll be the go-to expert for helping customers integrate with our Web Scraping API and Cloud Spider Deployment Platform, troubleshooting issues, and providing excellent customer service.

In Short

• Debug and resolve API errors and integration issues.
• Investigate website blocking behavior.
• Recommend adjustments for scraping settings.
• Support customers in deploying spiders on our cloud platform.
