Overview

As a Solution Delivery Manager at Zuora, you will lead implementation teams to deliver complex solutions, ensuring projects are on time and within budget while meeting customer expectations.

Requirements

• 10+ years of enterprise software experience.
• 5+ years in implementation management.
• Experience with ERP, CRM, or SCM systems.
• Strong client service and management consulting experience.
• Ability to manage implementation financials.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Experience leading teams of architects and consultants.
• Comfortable with ambiguity and uncertainty.
• Knowledge of SaaS-based systems is a plus.
• PMI Certification is a plus.
