In Short

• Drive planning, monitoring and management of new projects from initiation to completion with minimal supervision.
• Scope projects including development of business requirements and translation to technical, process, and people needs.
• Serve as a branch between client and internal stakeholders.
• Become an expert on CAIS business lines and investment products.
• Consult with clients in the moment, providing recommendations for scope/solutions.
• Predict and manage resources needed to meet business requirements.
• Maintain project tracking tools and other internal and external resources.
• Identify risks to project deliverable and partner with management to plan mitigation efforts.
• Effectively communicate project status to stakeholders.
• Engage with clients and/or partners in collaboration with Sales, Marketing, Client Service, and Relationship Managers.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in project management / operations within financial services.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, finance, or a related discipline required.
• Experience with project management applications such as Airtable, Jira, Asana, Monday or similar.
• Exceptional organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Impeccable written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong commitment to continuous professional development.
• Excellent relationship management aptitude and attitude.
• Prior experience in a small to mid-sized firm or startup environment preferred.
