Overview

Seqera is seeking a Solution Delivery Manager to apply technical project management expertise and bioinformatics knowledge to deliver seamless projects and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.

In Short

• Manage the implementation of Seqera’s solutions, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers during implementation.
• Understand customer workflows and scientific use cases to provide tailored solutions.
• Work closely with Technical Architects, Scientific Development, and Product teams.
• Contribute to the development and refinement of implementation playbooks.
• Identify and resolve issues efficiently, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Degree in Bioinformatics, Biotechnology, Bioengineering, Computational Biology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role.
• Proven ability to manage complex technical projects.
• Familiarity with workflow management languages and orchestration tools.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Adaptability and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with research-oriented software products in life sciences.
