Requirements

• 6–10+ years of legal experience (in-house tech/SaaS and/or private practice).
• Strong background in commercial contracting within SaaS or tech.
• Experience as a legal generalist across multiple domains.
• Experience in a startup or scale-up environment.
• Commercially minded with strong risk management skills.
• Hands-on and execution-focused approach.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Highly organized with a process-oriented mindset.
• Ability to make pragmatic decisions quickly.
• Builder mentality and proactive ownership.
