Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in relevant field.
• Familiarity with Nextflow or other workflow management systems.
• Experience with bioinformatics pipelines.
• Comfortable in a Linux command-line environment.
• Knowledge of scripting languages like Bash or Python.
• Strong communication skills.
• Problem-solving and collaborative mindset.
• Primary support contact for West Coast customers.
