In Short

• Monitor and manage new solutions projects from initiation to completion with minimal supervision.
• Participate in scoping solutions projects including development of business requirements and translation to technical needs.
• Manage resources needed to meet business requirements and achieve stakeholder objectives.
• Maintain project tracking tools including Confluence and Airtable.
• Identify risks to project deliverables and raise to management.
• Effectively communicate project status to stakeholders and manage expectations.
• Engage with clients and/or partners in collaboration with Sales and Marketing.
• Support business development lead with client prospects.
• Draft sales-oriented presentations geared toward specific client needs.
• Become an expert on the CAIS platform and investment products.

Requirements

• Exceptional critical thinking and team-based problem-solving skills.
• 2+ years of experience in project management/operations within financial services.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, finance, or a related discipline.
• Experience with project management applications such as Jira, Asana, or similar.
• Exceptional organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Impeccable written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong commitment to continuous professional development.
• Excellent relationship management aptitude.
• Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Suite.
• Prior experience in a small to mid-sized firm or startup environment preferred.
