CAIS is the leading alternative investment platform for independent financial advisors, overseeing a vast network of wealth management firms. We are looking for a strategic leader to manage our Platform Solutions & Operations team, focusing on post-trade reporting and operations.

In Short

• Lead CAIS Platform Operations across the post-trade alternative investment lifecycle.
• Direct a global team ensuring resources are aligned and operations run smoothly.
• Serve as an escalation point and subject matter expert for clients and partners.
• Identify and implement automation and process improvements.
• Leverage data analysis for informed decision-making.
• Champion emerging technologies to enhance operations.
• Manage high-impact projects from initiation to execution.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create client-facing materials.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in alternative investment operations.
• Deep understanding of fund accounting and settlement processes.
• Proven track record in leading global teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or related field.
• Strong data analysis skills; proficiency in Excel, SQL, and Tableau.
• Experience with project management tools like Jira or Asana.
• Exceptional communication and relationship-management skills.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments.
• Familiarity with emerging technologies, including GenAI.
• Experience working cross-functionally with Product and Marketing teams.
