• Support end-to-end workflows ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
• Manage EHR records and maintain compliance with PHI handling.
• Load and update clinical templates and patient education content.
• Track data loading progress and support root cause analysis.
• Provide operational QA support for data accuracy.
• Generate performance and usage reports for stakeholders.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for platform readiness.
• 2+ years experience in platform operations or health IT.
• Associate’s degree required; Bachelor’s preferred in relevant fields.

Requirements

• Experience with Revenue Cycle Management processes preferred.
• Familiarity with EHR systems like Epic or Cerner is a plus.
• Strong data entry skills and experience with operational databases.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Experience in a startup or growth-stage healthcare environment is desirable.
