In Short

• Design, build, and maintain scalable ETL pipelines for healthcare data integration.
• Ensure data quality, accuracy, and compliance with healthcare standards (HL7, FHIR) and regulatory requirements (HIPAA).
• Collaborate with AI engineers, software developers, and clinical teams.
• Optimize database systems and data storage solutions for performance, reliability, and scalability.
• Implement monitoring systems to ensure data integrity and resolve pipeline issues.

Requirements

• 4+ years in data engineering, with at least 2 years in healthcare technology.
• Deep proficiency in ETL tools, big data frameworks (Spark, Hadoop), SQL/NoSQL databases, and cloud services (AWS preferred).
• Familiarity with healthcare data formats (HL7, FHIR) and integration techniques.
• Solid understanding of data security, privacy, and healthcare-specific regulations (HIPAA, HITRUST).
• Strong analytical skills and ability to resolve complex data engineering challenges efficiently.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Biomedical Informatics, or related field required; Master’s or Ph.D. preferred.
