In Short

  • Support the Investments team with research and administrative tasks.
  • Maintain complex and detailed calendars for the team.
  • Coordinate and manage both internal and external meetings.
  • Create and format PowerPoint presentations and proposals.
  • Assist in the preparation of materials for meetings.
  • Arrange and oversee intricate domestic and international travel plans.
  • Organize all facets of offsite conferences and external events.
  • Process invoices and T&E expense claims for team members.
  • Collaborate with the administrative assistants team for seamless operations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • 0-2 years of administrative experience in a high-paced environment.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially PowerPoint.
  • Experience in the finance industry or with alternative investments.
  • Demonstrated experience in creating PowerPoint presentations.
  • Experience with meeting preparation and coordination.
