Overview

The Customer Trust Lead will manage Zscaler's Security Customer Trust program, ensuring customers understand and accept security controls and processes.

In Short

• Address customer inquiries regarding security issues in Zscaler products.
• Manage the Vulnerability Disclosure Program (VDP) and security assurance governance.
• Support customer security reviews as the primary liaison.
• Assist in creating and maintaining a knowledge base on product security.
• Track trends in customer queries and work with internal teams to define requirements.

Requirements

• 8+ years in a customer-facing role in security and compliance.
• 3+ years delivering presentations to C-level executives.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity technologies and SaaS.
• Knowledge of compliance audits and security certifications.
