As a Customer Love Team Lead, you will ensure your team delivers exceptional customer service while fostering a positive team culture.

In Short

  • Lead a team of approximately 9 part-time customer service representatives.
  • Focus on customer satisfaction, efficiency, and quality.
  • Work in a hybrid model, with 3 days in the Amsterdam office.
  • Report to the Head of Customer Love in London.
  • Conduct 1-on-1 coaching and support team members.
  • Analyze KPIs and customer feedback.
  • Manage team schedules and optimize planning.
  • Promote an inclusive and positive team culture.
  • Engage in recruitment and onboarding of new team members.
  • Drive performance towards quarterly goals.

Requirements

  • Fluent in Dutch and English; French is a plus.
  • Full-time availability (39 hours per week).
  • Experience in team leadership within customer service, hospitality, or retail.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Data-driven mindset for KPI analysis.
  • Natural leadership abilities.
  • Flexible and independent, yet a team player.
  • Passionate about dogs and customer satisfaction.
