Overview

As a Customer Support Team Lead at Wolt, you will lead the local customer support team, ensuring high service standards for customers and partners across the country.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in leading customer support teams, including setting performance goals and providing regular feedback.
  • Availability for full-time work from Sunday to Thursday.
  • Availability for one evening shift per week from 1 PM to 10 PM.
  • Hybrid work - one day a week from home.
