Overview

SmartRecruiters is seeking a Customer Support Team Leader to drive success and excellence in their talent acquisition SaaS platform, ensuring customer satisfaction and brand loyalty.

In Short

  • Lead a high-growth customer support team.
  • Interact daily with teams and customers to resolve issues.
  • Handle escalated customer support cases.
  • Conduct training sessions for support agents.
  • Drive customer satisfaction and identify technical issues.
  • Collaborate with various teams to enhance customer success.
  • Manage internal communication and support processes.
  • Be an ambassador for SmartRecruiters’ culture.
  • Work a fixed schedule from 15:00 to 23:00 (CET).
  • Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment.

Requirements

  • General ATS experience, knowledge of SmartRecruiters is a plus.
  • Fluency in English is essential.
  • Experience with API Technology (OAuth 2.0 is a plus).
  • Experience with Web SSO (SAML 2.0).
  • Strong knowledge of Support Case tracking systems (SalesForce, JIRA).
  • Customer support experience in the Enterprise space.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Motivated self-starter with negotiation skills.
  • Experience in technical customer support in a SaaS environment.
  • Positive attitude and passion for technology.
